New Delhi, July 30, 2023: A Japanese man, known by his Twitter name ‘Toco,’ has captured the attention of social media as he lives out his fantasy of becoming a dog. Spending a staggering amount of around Rs 12 lakh, Toco invested in a hyper-realistic dog costume crafted by Japanese company Zeppet, specializing in costumes for TV commercials and films. The intricate outfit, resembling a rough collie, took 40 days to create.
Since last year, Toco has been documenting his life as a dog through his active Twitter page and YouTube account, where he remains committed to anonymity. In his online presence, he portrays himself exclusively in his dog costume, skillfully concealing his face from viewers.
Recently, a video featuring Toco’s first-ever stroll in his dog persona went viral, captivating audiences worldwide. The footage showcases Toco, now embodying a canine spirit, socializing with fellow dogs in a local park, unaware of his human identity.
Although his passion for living as a dog brings him immense joy, Toco has chosen not to disclose this aspect of his life to his friends and circle. Fearing potential judgment, he prefers to keep his fantasy hidden, recognizing that many may perceive it as unconventional.
In an exclusive conversation with DailyMail, Toco expressed his long-held desire for transformation, stating that this unique fascination with becoming a dog has been with him for as long as he can remember.
As the viral video continues to draw curiosity and admiration, Toco’s journey serves as a reminder of the vast range of human expressions and desires, showing that sometimes, dreams and fantasies can take on extraordinary forms.
