According to the 2023 Instagram Rich List, Kohli earns a whopping $1,384,000 (about ₹11.45 crore) every post.
The Indian cricketer has 255269526 followers on Instagram. A glance at his Instagram timeline and page, reveals the huge engagements his posts receive.
Kohli’s Instagram photos provide a glimpse into his rigorous exercise routine, relaxing excursions, and life with his wife, actress Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika. Anushka Sharma, who is a celebriated Bollywood actress also has 64.5 million followers on Instagram.
According to Sportico, Virat Kohli is one of the top 100 highest paid athletes in the world, with a net worth of more than ₹1,000 crore.
In the 2023 Instagram Rich List, the former Indian captain is third only to Cristiano Ronaldo, who has 596,848,846 followers, and Lionel Messi, who has 479,268,484 followers. Ronaldo is paid $3,234,000 (₹26.76 crore) each post, while Messi is paid $2,597,000 (₹ 21.49 crore) per post.
The only other Indian celebrity on the list is Priyanka Chopra, who is ranked 29th with 88,538,623 followers. She charges the same as singer-songwriter Dua Lipa, $532,000 (₹ 4.40 crore) each post.
Riyaz Aly, an Indian influencer, has also made the list. He is the third Indian to be on the Instagram Rich List in 2023. Aly is ranked 77th, with 27,969,911 followers. As stated by HQ he asks for $114,000 or ₹94,000 per post.
The 2023 Instagram Rich List also features names like Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner, Dwayne Johnson, Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Khloe Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Kourtney Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Neymar Jr, Kevin Hart, Cardi B, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Billie Eilish, and Kylian Mbappe.
