“Technical Visit” by Udayan Care Students at Galgotias University
Greater Noida, 27 July 2024: Students associated with Udayan Care-Charitable Trust were warmly welcomed at Galgotias University for a “Technical Visit” that showcased the university’s state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to excellence in education.
Upon arrival, the students were greeted by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Avdhesh Kumar, who personally welcomed them at the main gate. Dr. Kumar extended his best wishes to the students, lauding them as the bright future of India and expressing his delight at their presence. He offered a heartfelt welcome on behalf of the entire university, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
The visit commenced with a tour of the university’s A, B, and C blocks, which house the renowned Apple and Infosys-run “iOS Development Center,” ranked fifth globally and second in India. The students explored various cutting-edge facilities, including modern electronics and electrical labs, mechanical labs, general and digital libraries, the moot court of the School of Law, and the advanced studio of the Mass Communication Department, which features live debate and chroma keying capabilities. Additionally, the university boasts air-conditioned classrooms and computer labs, which the students found impressive.
The tour also included visits to state-of-the-art laboratories for agricultural science and pharmacy, seminar halls, and the admission cell. The students were highly impressed by the university’s infrastructure, cleanliness, security arrangements, and the courteous behavior of both management and faculty members. They felt inspired and motivated by the experience, gaining new ideas and dreams, and committed to building a bright future with dedication and honesty.
In the closing seminar, Vice Chancellor Dr. K. Mallikharjuna Babu addressed the students, expressing his happiness at their visit and advising them to set ambitious life goals and pursue them with determination. He assured them of success and greatness, whether they aspire to become doctors, scientists, or professors, and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors.
CEO Dr. Dhruv Galgotia also addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of hard work and dedication in achieving great heights. He encouraged them to face challenges with courage and confidence, continually striving towards their goals.
Dean and Professor Dr. Anuradha Parashar of the School of Liberal Education highlighted the advanced technology-equipped labs that the students experienced, emphasizing the importance of understanding the modern world. She provided guidance and motivation, further inspiring the students.
