Uttar Pradesh chief secretary orders cancellation of all Mandi shop allotments in Noida

NOIDA: UP government in its affidavit filed in Allahabad high court has admitted that irregularities were found in Noida shop allotment in sector 88 in Noida. The government in the affidavit has informed the court that order has been passed to cancel the allotment. TOI first had reported that there were irregularities in the shops allotment and following the reports, then DM Kumar Ravikant Singh had cancelled the allotment of 37 shops out of 133 shops on 31 May, 2013.
