New Delhi, 8th Jan 2024: The bustling city of New Delhi is all set to host IndusFood Manufacturing 2025, a premier event jointly organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) and India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), Greater Noida. Scheduled to take place from January 9 to 11, 2025, at the prestigious India International Convention Centre (IICC), Dwarka, this event aims to propel India’s food and beverage (F&B) industry onto the global stage.
Supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, the event will draw buyers and visitors from across India and over 15 countries, including Algeria, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Turkey, and the USA. The inauguration will be graced by Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology, on January 9 at 10:45 AM.
IndusFood Manufacturing 2025 presents a dynamic platform for India’s F&B industry to engage with international markets, showcase its technological advancements, and bolster its position as a global hub for food innovation. With globalization reshaping the food supply chain, the event emphasizes safety, quality, and traceability in food products, ensuring Indian businesses are equipped to meet global demands and seize emerging opportunities.
The event will feature four specialized segments: IndusFood Tech, IndusFood Packaging, IndusFood Ingredients, and IndusFood Hospitality, addressing every aspect of the F&B sector—from sourcing high-quality ingredients to adopting cutting-edge technologies in processing, packaging, and hospitality. Live machinery demonstrations will offer real-time insights into the future of food manufacturing, showcasing transformative technologies that are revolutionizing the industry.
Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, highlighted the significance of these demonstrations, stating, “One of the most exciting aspects of this show is the live machinery demonstrations, offering real-time insights into the future of food manufacturing. These demonstrations exemplify how the latest technologies are revolutionizing the way we produce, process, and package food.”
Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of IEML, emphasized the role of the event in bridging the gap between local businesses and international markets. He said, “The rapid economic growth of emerging markets is reshaping global consumption patterns, with new middle-class consumers demanding higher standards of food safety and quality. IndusFood Manufacturing 2025 serves as a crucial platform for businesses to connect with these burgeoning markets.”
Spread over an impressive 27,000+ square meters, the event will host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 10,000 trade visitors, including 500+ hosted international buyers. Participants will also gain valuable insights from two full-day conferences led by industry pioneers and thought leaders, addressing global trends and strategies shaping the future of food manufacturing.
