UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026: 4th Edition to Go Beyond Traditional Exhibition Format

New Delhi, June 12, 2026: The fourth edition of the UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 will offer much more than a conventional trade exhibition, with a renewed focus on policy dialogue, investment promotion, innovation, and global business partnerships.

Addressing the Industry Outreach Program in New Delhi, India Expo Mart CEO Sudeep Sarcar highlighted the key new initiatives being introduced this year.

“UPITS 2026 is moving beyond the traditional exhibition format. This edition will feature stronger policy engagement, investment facilitation, vendor development programmes, CEO roundtables, leadership interactions, export acceleration initiatives, startup and innovation platforms, and dedicated forums that will support Uttar Pradesh’s journey towards becoming a US$1 trillion economy,” he said.

Sarcar emphasized that the primary objective of the event is to facilitate business, attract investments, promote exports, and create new opportunities for industries across sectors.

He noted that industry participation and knowledge exchange remain the defining strengths of UPITS. The event will showcase the complete economic ecosystem of Uttar Pradesh, bringing together MSMEs, the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative, the newly introduced One District One Cuisine (ODOC) concept, electronics, defence, healthcare, renewable energy, logistics, food processing, startups, and emerging industries under one roof.

In addition to the exhibition, a series of sector-specific conferences and knowledge sessions will provide a platform for policymakers, industry leaders, investors, exporters, and innovators to engage in meaningful discussions and explore collaborative opportunities.

“The scale of the venue, participation from leading companies, and the strong support of government departments, industry associations, trade bodies, and institutional partners make UPITS 2026 one of the country’s most comprehensive trade and investment platforms,” he added.

Sarcar further described the event as “not just a trade show, but a platform for trade, investment, innovation, and global partnerships.”

Extending an invitation to the global business community, he said, “As our Hon’ble Chairman, Dr. Rakesh Kumar, has already invited all stakeholders, I also warmly invite businesses, investors, exporters, entrepreneurs, and partners from India and across the world to participate, collaborate, and contribute towards making Uttar Pradesh a stronger manufacturing hub, a leading export powerhouse, and a preferred investment destination.”

Concluding his address, he called upon all stakeholders to work together in shaping a future of growth, innovation, and shared prosperity for Uttar Pradesh and for India through UPITS 2026.
