National News (27/08/2026): Vodafone Business, the enterprise arm of VodafoneThree, has entered into a Strategic Framework Agreement with Tech Mahindra to help organisations across the UK accelerate digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies.
The partnership will combine Vodafone Business’ enterprise connectivity and digital infrastructure capabilities with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in AI-led transformation, systems integration, digital engineering and managed services.
Under the agreement, the companies will jointly develop industry-focused solutions using artificial intelligence, automation, private 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud and data technologies. The solutions will aim to modernise business operations, improve resilience, speed up technology adoption and create new business opportunities.
The agreement establishes a structured framework for executive engagement, co-innovation and joint go-to-market initiatives. It will allow the companies to identify opportunities where their combined capabilities can help UK organisations simplify operations, modernise technology environments and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Tech Mahindra brings a strong presence in the UK along with global capabilities in AI, digital engineering, cloud and data. Through its “AI Delivered Right” strategy, the company focuses on helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to large-scale implementation and measurable results.

He added that the collaboration would help organisations reduce complexity, strengthen resilience and become more agile and future-ready.
Harshul Asnani, President and Head – Europe Business at Tech Mahindra, said the framework brings together the companies’ complementary strengths to support AI-led transformation among UK enterprises. He highlighted the role of AI, automation, digital engineering and industry expertise in modernising networks and operations and creating resilient digital ecosystems.
The agreement is part of Vodafone Business’ wider strategy to expand its network of specialist partners and provide customers with access to relevant expertise throughout their digital transformation journeys.
VodafoneThree is investing £11 billion to strengthen its UK network and provide businesses with secure, resilient and scalable digital infrastructure. Vodafone UK currently provides 4G coverage to more than 99% of the UK population and serves over 20 million unique full-fibre premises through partnerships with CityFibre and Openreach.
Tech Mahindra, part of the Mahindra Group, has more than 146,000 professionals across 90 countries and provides services spanning technology consulting, IT, enterprise applications, engineering, network services, AI and analytics, cloud and infrastructure.
The collaboration is expected to help UK organisations leverage emerging technologies while improving operational efficiency, resilience and long-term competitiveness.
