#Noida Authority gets a clean chit

Competition watchdog has dismissed charges that the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority , Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority have indulged in unfair business ways with respect to allotment of land. As per a complaint filed with the Competition Commission of India, the three entities were accused of abusing their dominant market positions by imposing discriminatory and unfair terms and conditions on the land allottees
