Gurgaon: #AshianaHomes Raises Funds From Piramal Fund Management

Realty developer, Ashiana Homes has raised R66 Cr from Piramal Fund Management’s Indiareit Fund Scheme V to partly fund the acquisition of Gurgaon land. Ashiana has acquired 10 acres of licensed land at Sohna, along with the development rights for R100 Cr. The land acquired from local land aggregator will be used for development of a residential project.
