Abused boy rescued in Noida

In yet another case of child abuse in Noida, a 10-year-old boy was rescued from the NTPC colony at Sector 33 on Saturday. An HR manager of NTPC, Ashok Pandey, and his wife Shivani have been booked for allegedly torturing the boy for more than a year, police said.

The boy’s medical report has confirmed marks on his back. “He was beaten up by the employers even if he wakes up late any day. From cleaning the house to washing clothes, he was forced to do every single work,” said a senior police official.
