Waiver scheme for EWS flat allottees

Noida Authority introduced a financial waiver scheme on Sunday for flat-owners allotted properties for economically weaker sections (EWS) in 2006-07. The Authority will provide discounts of Rs 55,570 from the pending dues of each EWS flat owner. The sum will be deducted from the amount that is equivalent to the difference between the total allotment price of the flat and dues already settled by each individual allottee.
