PCR staff arrested one burglar in the area of PS Karol Bagh.

On 13.8.2015 at 11:20 PM, the PCR staff namely HC Rajender Singh, No. 1444/PCR, Ct. Manoj, No. 7839/PCR and ASI(Dvr.) Satbir Singh, No. 5255-D were deployed on Oscar-40 in Central Zone, Delhi. The PCR staff apprehended one thief namely Vinod S/o Ashok R/o Village Chad Gaon, PS Rodu, Distt. Shimla (HP) and recovered one Iron Rod, one Big Screw Driver, two pairs of Hand Gloves and one Torch from him.  A case vide FIR No. 634/15 dated 14.8.2015  U/s  457/380/511 IPC  has  been registered  at PS Karol Bagh, Delhi.

Sequence of the incident

On 13.8.2015 at about 11:20 PM the staff of MPV Oscar-40 namely HC Rajender Singh, No. 1444/PCR, Ct. Manoj, No. 7839/PCR and ASI(Dvr.) Satbir Singh, No. 5255-D were patrolling in their area.  When they reached near Mc-Donald, Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi, they heard a noise “Chor Chor Chor”.  Thus PCR staff rushed to the spot i.e. Shop No. 13/5 behind Mahajan Plaza wali Gali, Karol Bagh and found that one person namely Vinod was trying to break the shutter of the shop with the help of Iron Rod.  When he saw the Police, he tried to run away from the spot.

After chasing for some distance he was pinned down alongwith one Iron Rod, one big screw driver, two pairs of hand gloves and one torch.  In this regard, Mobile Patrol Vehicle informed to Central Police Control Room.  Later on, he was handed over to I.O. SI Bijender Singh of Local Police PS Karol Bagh.  Accordingly a case vide FIR No. 634/15 dated 14.8.2015 U/S 457/380/511 IPC was registered at PS Karol Bagh, Central District, Delhi.
