Noida Metro Rail Company fate to be decided this week

The fate of Noida Metro Rail Company (NMRC) will be decided in Lucknow this week with the CM holding a meeting on Saturday to review the proposal to expedite its formation.

“We will show how NMRC will help in the development of the region. We hope to get the approval from the state government on Saturday,” said Rama Raman, chairman, Noida and Greater Noida authorities. “The Centre has asked us to start working to register the company. We have been told that it would take 4-5 months to get the final official approval,” he added.
