Republic Day celebrations at Greater Valley School, Greater Noida

The Pre- Primary poured into the school the colours of our national flag by being dressed in white, green and saffron, at the very start of the day.

The Kindergarten along with Samarth (Dept. for the students with special needs) presented a special assembly on the Republic day. A few of the performances were the dance on the title track of“ Rand De Basanti” and an old time favourite “Ye desh hai veer jawano ka” everyone admired and applauded our little performers. Among the song and dance sequences presented by the students it was evident that the patriotic fervor of the Indians on this day brings the whole country together even in its embedded diversity.

The school principal, Mrs. Poonam Chaubey , addressed the students to enlighten them about the significance of the Republic day and to remind everyone that the national flag of a country flows only as high as the people of that country can carry it. Also that it is the responsibility of each one of us to contribute towards the glory of our nation.
