A WOMAN ALLEGEDLY TRIES TO #RAPE A AUTO DRIVER IN NEW DELHI

Delhi Police today arrested a 32-year-old woman on charges of trying to molest a man in South Delhi. Renu Lalwani has been accused of forcibly trying to have sex with an autorickshaw driver, according to the police.

The driver, Umesh Prasad, 41, alleged that Ms Lalwani, along with her friend hired his autorickshaw yesterday afternoon in Saket area, and wanted to go to Arjun Nagar, about seven kilometres away.

The 32-year-old woman allegedly invited Mr Prasad to her flat in Arjun Nagar on the pretext of paying him. After offering him water to drink, Ms Lalwani suddenly locked the doors from inside and sought sexual favours from the driver which he denied, said the police.

The Inspector at Safdarjung Enclave police station, Vishuddhanand Jha told IANS, "The woman then offered him (driver) wine which he again refused to take. Frustrated, she forced herself on him, tore his clothes and kissed him while her roommate filmed the whole incident
