New Delhi(01/01/2020): Even on the new year day, BJP apparently is no mood to waste a single day in its preparation for Delhi polls.
Earlier today, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar blamed opposition parties for allegedly spearheading the anti-CAA violent protests in Delhi last month.
Javadekar on the first day of 2020 claimed that, “Violence on the CAA issue was spread by AAP and the Congress in Delhi. AAP MLA Amantullah Khan made a statement to instigate riots that spoiled Delhi’s atmosphere.”
The Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party provoked the people on the Citizenship Amendment Act.
AAP leader Amantullah Khan worked to provoke the people. Javedkar said that Kejriwal’s empire of lies will soon come to an end and Delhi will come to power in the assembly elections.”
He further said that BJP will come to power in Delhi due to the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and the programs of his government.
Javadekar also commented that the formation of the BJP government will develop the power of three engines in Delhi, because there is a BJP government in the center and in the three municipal corporations of the metropolis.
The Environment Minister said that the area of forests in the country has increased by 5,188 sq km in the last two years. It has 3,976 sq km of forest cover and 1,212 sq km of tree cover. Also, the carbon stock in the forests has increased by 4.26 million tonnes, which helps in reducing carbon from the atmosphere.
