Advocate Ashok Agarwal submitted a detailed report on April 11 in Delhi High Court , concluding that there are 33781 vacant posts of teaching staff in Delhi Govt schools.

Delhi HC further directed Delhi Govt and 3 MCDs to send requisition regarding all vacant teaching posts as on 01.04.2017 to Delhi State Subordinate Selection Committee (DSSSC) in 4 weeks. Justice Manmohan while hearing the petition filed through Advocate Ashok Agarwal also constituted a coordination committee with Chairman DSSSC, MCDs Commissioners, Director of Education and Controller of Examination and asked to meet on 26 April 2017 .

While talking to Ten News, Advocate Ashok Aggarwal, President All India Parents Association, said that , these statistics show that, AAM Aadmi party government is very insensitive towards education system of Delhi. Half of the teachers post are vacate, some teachers are attached in other departments.

First of all we need teachers for our children, infrastructure comes second, said Ashok Aggarwal.

Manish Sisodia, Deputy CM Delhi, always claims that, we have upgraded the education system, however reality is reverse of the statement, added Mr Aggarwal.
