New Delhi: AAP has alleged that Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has managed to influence JJP and is pulling the strings in government formation in Haryana. AAP leader Sanjay Singh has also said that BJP will go to any extent to form government.
Singh attacked BJP for roping Geetika Sharma rape accused Gopal Kanda to stay in power. He said that “whether the corrupt or the rapists, the BJP is the Gangotri of the misdemeanors, who ever joins it becomes holy. Everybody knows how in the incident, first the victim attempted suicide and then six month later her mother is still seeking justice.”
He questioned Amit Shah asking what happened to BJP’s ‘Beti Bachao’ campaign. Look at the statements made by Narendra Modi and Amit Shah at the time Gopal Kanda was a minister in the Hooda-led government. He also showed photographs in which BJP MP’s were protesting against Gopal Kanda.
Gopal Kanda is an accused in two abetment and two suicide cases happened in 2012 and is on a criminal trial. He is currently out on bail.
AAP leader Atishi also attacked BJP saying Delhi women will keep this in mind while voting in upcoming Delhi elections. She said “how this party will ensure safety of womens, and if they claims of doing so. Then I urge state carder of party to oppose the decision of center of roping kanda for formation of government.”
