Greater Noida News (15/05/2026): In a major step towards strengthening industry-academia collaboration and enhancing youth employability, Aarya Fashions signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lloyd Institute of Engineering and Technology on Thursday. The partnership aims to provide students with practical industry exposure, skill development training, internship opportunities, and career-oriented guidance.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of Lloyd Institute, Dr. S. P. Dwivedi, along with faculty members and representatives from both organizations. The collaboration marks an important initiative towards bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry requirements.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Khushboo Singh, Founder & CEO of Aarya Fashions and Vice President of the Industrial Business Association (IBA), expressed gratitude to the management and leadership of Lloyd Institute for their support in making the collaboration possible.
She stated that the partnership reflects Aarya Fashions’ commitment towards supporting the Uttar Pradesh Rojgar Mission and contributing to the vision of a Viksit Bharat and Sashakt Bharat. According to her, empowering young minds through practical exposure and skill-oriented education is essential for building a stronger and self-reliant nation.
Dr. Khushboo Singh emphasized that students often gain clarity about their career direction only after entering a professional environment. Keeping this in mind, Aarya Fashions plans to introduce multiple training and mentorship programs that will help students understand diverse career opportunities and develop industry-relevant skills.
Under the MoU, students of Lloyd Institute will benefit from hands-on industrial training, internships, placement assistance, and specialized skill enhancement modules designed to prepare them for the competitive job market. The programs will be conducted jointly by Aarya Fashions and the academic team of Lloyd Institute.
