Admission process for private colleges in #Noida and #Ghaziabad under CCSU started

Registration for admissions to undergraduate courses in regular and technical courses of private colleges affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University(CCSU), Meerut, started on Sunday evening.
A total of 126 private colleges associated with CCSU in Ghaziabad and Gautam Budh Nagar offer seats in undergraduate courses of Bachelor in Arts (BA), Bachelor in Commerce (BCom), Bachelor in Science (BSc), Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) and Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA).
Applicants can register for admission online by visiting CCSU’s website www.ccsuniversity.ac.in.
“Applicants will have to register themselves on the university’s website through the admission registration link. Applicants will have to fill the registration form online The cost of registration is Rs 100,” Prashant Kumar, spokesperson for CCSU, said.
Applicants will have to update their academic details, parents’ names, photograph and signature and the pay the fee through internet banking, debit/credit card.

“The last date for registration is August 7 and the first merit list for admissions will be released on August 9,” Kumar said.
The university administration has delayed the admission process to private colleges by at least 15 days. CCSU was supposed to end the admission process for government aided colleges by July 15 and begin the registration process for private colleges by July 16. The university had also delayed declaration of external marks for various courses.
Earlier, the university’s vice-chancellor RK Taneja had warned all affiliated institutes and colleges not to delay the submission of marks of internal exams, practical and viva.
In a notice issued by the Vice Chancellor, all affiliated institutes had been warned of penalty if they delayed submission of marks.
According to Kumar, CCSU had been delaying the process of declaring overall marks for courses such as Master in Arts (MA), Master in Science (MSc), MSc Agriculture II and IV, Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) because of the delay by affiliated colleges.
