The All India Veterinary Test (AIPVT) will be conducted soon on the official website. The online application form of AIPVT will be available from the second week of March 2017 at aipvt.vci.nic.in. The admit card will be available from the official website in the second week of April 2017. While the admit card will be available from the second week of April 2017. While from the second week of May 2017, aspirants will be able to download the admit card from the second week of April 2017. The AIPVT exam will be conducted in Second week of May 2017. The results of the AIPVT 2017 are expected to be out in the last week of May 2017.
In a important notification for the medical aspirants who wish to pursue Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry course need to know that the All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) 2017 will not be conducted by VCI due to administrative reasons. Candidates who wish to take admission in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry course under 15% seats on all India basis. Earlier, the AIPVT examination would have been conducted by VCI for filling up 15% of total number of seats in recognized Veterinary Colleges under All India Quota for 2017-18 academic year.
To appear for AIPVT 2017, aspirants are required to be a resident of India and the candidates should be minimum 17 years old. Candidates looking for admission under 15% All India Quota and participating state seats, the upper age limit for the candidates is December 31, 2017. Aspirants are also required to note that SC/ST/ OBC category candidates may get relaxation upto five years in age.
