India, Nov 10, 2022: England thrashed India by 10 wickets to advance to the T20 World Cup Final which will be held on Sunday.
Batting first, India put up a score of 168/6 with Hardik Pandya scoring a quickfire 63 off 33 balls and Virat Kohli scoring 50 runs off 40 balls. Chris Jordan took 3 wickets while Chris Woakes and Adil Rashid claimed 1 wicket each.
A whopping 170-runs partnership between Jos Butler and Alex Hales helped England chase down the target with 24 balls remaining. Butler scored 80 runs off 49 balls. Meanwhile, Alex Hales scored a sensational 86 runs off 47 balls.
England will next face Pakistan at the MCG for the T20 World Cup Final on 13th of November.
