Alia Bhatt’s Production House Buys Property in Mumbai for over 37 cr

Mumbai (India), 25th April 2023: Over the past several years, Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt has seen a meteoric ascent to fame. The actress, who has established herself as one of Bollywood’s most commercially successful actors, also made her production debut with the 2022 Netflix movie Darlings through her company Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd.

Now, according to sources, the production company has paid 37.80 crore to buy a pricey flat in Mumbai’s Bandra West neighbourhood. The flat, measuring 2,497 square feet, is situated in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Bandra (West), according to Moneycontrol, which referenced papers discovered by IndexTap.

Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd was paid for the aforementioned property. The sale was registered on April 10, 2023, and the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crore.

The same day, Alia Bhatt gave her sister Shaheen Bhatt two apartments at Mumbai’s Gigi Apartments with a combined market value of 7.68 crore. According to a report by Zapkey, the prize certificate showed that the combined area of the two flats was 2,086.75 square feet, with the first unit having a 1,197 square foot floor area and the second having an 889.75 square foot floor area.

On the job front, Alia Bhatt most recently appeared with her husband Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmstra: Part One – Shiva. She also appeared and garnered praise for her movies Darlings and Gangubai Kathiawadi.

2022 was a terrific year for the actress personally as well. In a private ceremony, she wed Ranbir Kapoor and they later welcomed Raha Kapoor, their first child.
