#Allahabad HC commutes Nithari convict Surendra Koli’s death sentence to life
Noida: Allahabad High Court on Wednesday commuted 2006 Nithari serial killings convict Surendra Koli’s death sentence to life imprisonment on the ground of “inordinate delay” in deciding his mercy petition. Koli’s mercy petition is pending with President Pranab Mukherjee for over three years.
