Gujarat, Nov 21, 2022: On Monday, Union home minister Amit Shah met BJP leader Rivaba Jadeja and her husband, India cricketer Ravindra Jadeja at Gujarat’s Jamnagar airport.
Rivaba Jadeja will be contesting in the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections as a BJP candidate from the Jamnagar (north) seat in the Gujarat election. The election is set to happen in 2 phases, on December 1st and December 5th respectively. Counting of votes from Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh will take place of December 8th.
Rivaba Jadeja, on Saturday, said that filing her papers was an ’emotional’ moment. She said, ” I want to inspire couples. Women can fulfil their dreams even after marriage their husband’s support is strong…”
Gujarat is all set to witness high powered campaigning with PM Modi, UP CM Adityanath, and Home Minister Amit Shah jumping into action for the BJP. Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal will be campaigning for Congress and AAP respectively.
