Amitabh Bachchan urges citizens to follow ‘Janta Curfew’

In the midst of the crisis caused by the coronavirus, the Janta Curfew is being followed today on the appeal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Everyone, from the general public to Bollywood celebs, are following it. Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan tweeted about his plan on ‘Janata curfew’. “The whole country will remain in ‘Janta Curfew’. I will recognize this by standing on my window, door, balcony and terrace at 5:00pm on Sunday, by clapping, ringing bells and conchs to honor all those who are selflessly working even in difficult circumstances to fulfill important services,” Bachchan tweeted yesterday.
There is an unprecedented shutdown in the country today i.e., Sunday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed for ‘Janata Curfew’ to contain coronavirus pandemic. Under the ‘Janata Curfew’, people are expected to remain in their homes in the country from 7 am to 9 pm and follow it so that the spread of the dreaded coronavirus can be prevented.
