New Delhi(01/11/2019): An Ardas program was organized in memory of people killed in 1984 Sikh riots at Bangla Sahib Gurudwara today.

Speaking on the occasion, DSGMC President Manjinder Singh Sirsa gave a powerful speech and said that Sikh riots can never be forgotten.

There are wounds which can never be filled, he said and added that Congress leader Sajjan Kumar is in jail and soon Jagdish Tytler and Kamal Nath will also be behind bars for what they did.

The 1984 anti-Sikh riots, also known as the 1984 Sikh Massacre, was a series of organised pogroms against Sikhs in India in response to the assassination of Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards. The ruling Indian National Congress had been in active complicity with the mob, as to the organisation of the riots.
