Bidar, Karnataka,: Two passengers sustained minor injuries when Aurangabad-Hyderabad passenger train derailed between Sangam and Kalgapur villages of Bhalki taluk in this district today. No casualty was reported. Police said that Engine and two coaches jumped off the track and fell in the field at about 0410 hours Two passengers who were injured on their shoulder were admitted to government hospital in Bhalki. District Incharge Minister Eshwar Khandre, who visited the spot, said the train services will be affected for few hours and work is already in progress to clear the track. Railway sources said that alternative arrangements were made for onward journey of the stranded passengers. Top railway officials have rushed the spot and an inquiry was ordered into the accident.
