“Auto Industry is losing Rs 2,300 crore for every day of the closure, on the back of a slowdown.The lockdown is unlikely to be lifted in April. Expect 15-25% degrowth for industry if GDP is maintained @ 3% levels. Max degrowth seen in PVs if the lockdown extends,” SIAM President Rajan Wadhera said.
