Baby among 4 killed in Noida e-way

A six-month-old baby was among four killed in an accident on Monday night when a speeding milk canter collided with a truck that had broken down in the middle of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Four others sustained serious injuries.

According to police, the accident happened near Panchsheel Balak Inter College around 11.30 pm. The driver of the canter, taking milk to Delhi, had not noticed the stationary truck and rammed into it. “Driver Sanjay and cleaner Anil had left the Agra dairy in the evening. On their way, they offered Ramkesh (40), his wife Niruma (35) and three daughters Vanshika (6), Bhawana (8) and the six-month-old a lift to Sangam Vihar in Delhi,” said deputy superintendent of police Raj Kumar Mishra.
