Students Reflect on Their BIMTECH Journey
Several students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Batch 2023–2025 shared their personal experiences, reflecting the diverse and enriching academic culture of the institution, while speaking to Ten News.
Ayushi Agarwal, pursuing PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources, described her journey as an unexpected yet fulfilling adventure. “Initially, I was unsure about choosing an MBA. It wasn’t even on my checklist. The journey began with a lot of self-doubt. But soon, I found myself deeply involved in everything — from projects to class participation. The experience was like a rollercoaster, filled with moments of uncertainty, learning, and curiosity. One of my most memorable experiences was being a part of the organizing committee for the BIMTECH Business Literature Festival (BBLF) at the India Habitat Centre. Meeting renowned business authors and industry professionals was an inspiring and transformative experience.”
Vartika Saxena, placed with Marsh Insurance, also completed her PGDM and expressed heartfelt gratitude for her time at the institute.
“My journey at BIMTECH has been immensely rewarding. Every bit of effort I put in gave back something valuable — be it knowledge, skills, or memories. From academic sessions to extracurricular engagements like ‘Rural Immersion’, every aspect of the experience contributed to my growth. The entire journey is unforgettable.”
Ayushi Sharma, a student of PGDM – International Business, spoke about the global exposure she received. She said, “BIMTECH offers a comprehensive platform for learning. As part of the International Business program, we had access to unique opportunities like port visits and expert-led sessions in finance and marketing. Our learning extended beyond classrooms. I was placed as an Investment Banker with Evalueserve, and I also had opportunities to interview with companies like KPMG and Oxane Partners. BIMTECH’s placement and internship support are truly commendable.”
Ishani Singh, from the PGDM program, echoed similar sentiments. She said, “The institute’s robust placement ecosystem is a highlight. This year, several reputed firms, including the Big Four, participated in the recruitment process. I am thrilled to have been selected by EY India. BIMTECH has opened doors to numerous possibilities for all of us.”
Mansha Luthra, also a PGDM student, shared an emotional reflection on her time at the institute. She said, “Every single moment at BIMTECH holds a special place in my heart. The environment here celebrates diversity, culture, and academic excellence alike. Whether it was a festival, an academic conference, or today — receiving a medal on stage — every moment has been uniquely memorable and enriching.”
