BIMTECH, Greater Noida celebrated “Pratibha” an Intra-college fest.

Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, Organised Pratibha- an annual intra- college event with great fervor & zeal. It was not just an event but a platform for the budding managers to reveal their hidden talent. It was a perfect blend of glamour, fun, teamwork, artistic skills and managerial acumen.
Pratibha offered a plethora of over 13 events – Crazy 4, Shipwreck,Get smart, Game of Thrones, Re-launch etc. One of the events “HR Games” was the highlight wherein participants were required to show their skills of team building, coordination, leadership. Another mind-boggling event was “Eureka” wherein participants were given a chance to present their young entrepreneurial ideas.
“Goonj”- where young singers unrolled the magic of their melodious voices, “Groove”-an event where the floor was set on fire by the students of Bimtech were two of the biggest and fiercely contested events of Pratibha. The show-stopper of the event was Fashionista (the fashion show) where Glamour, Haute Couture and Style Quotient attracted everybody’s eyes.
Another set of fun-filled activities were carried out which included events like Centipede, Rang de and Treasure Hunt where all the enthusiasts had to cross all the boundaries to look for the ultimate and priceless treasure.
Besides the numerous events and the glamorous proshows, another major event-“WOW (war on wastage) – a gift to the community” was held, wherein the people of Bimtech volunteered to take steps against food wastage. Awareness campaign in the guise of poster making competition, placards quoting quotes from Gita, figures and pictures of food scarcity etc.played the pivot role in the fest.
Thus the event was a great success with a mix of culture, team spirit, unity and was embedded with a social cause which the future managers need to ponder upon for global success and humanity.
