NEW DELHI: Lashing out at the congress leader Sandeep Dikshit’s “Sadak ka Gunda” remark about the army cheif General Bipin Rawat, BJP central minister, Nirmala Sitaraman has strongly condemned and asked Sonia Gandhi to appologies.

“This is not the first time that congress party has made such insulting remark about our nation’s army,” she said, “and we demand the congress leadership, not less than Sonia Gandhi herself to come out and appologies.”
Sitaraman also alleged that congress party has always been indulding in demoralising our army by asking disgraceful questions
.
“The kind of question they would ask, the proof of the army operations they would seek, and even then question whether the operation was morally right or wrong,” she said, “has been attempts to undermine and shame the Indian army.”
She also alleged that congress party has been standing by the leaders who have been misusing their positions. “The party leadership has been delibrately providing cover to the corrupt leaders.”
She also accused the congress party leader to seek Pakistan’s help to destabilise the country. “Some of the congress leaders went to Pakistan and sought their help to destablise and weaken the country’s institutions.”
