BJP WILL CELEBRATE DIWALI ON THE OATH TAKING OF MODI-DR. HARSH VARDHAN
BJP Delhi Pradesh President Dr. Harsh Vardhan has said that entire Delhi will celebrate Diwali on the 26thMay the day on which Shri Narendra Modi will be appointed the Prime Minister of India. Entire Delhi will celebrate this achievement BJP. Public will be directly contacted and they shall be made part of the oath taking ceremony.
This decision was taken in an important meeting of the Pradesh Office Bearers, District Presidents, District General Secretaries, Mandal Presidents and District Booth Management Conveners etc. under the Chairmanship of Dr. Harsh Vardhan at Pradesh Headquarters today. Pradesh Incharge Prabhat Jha and Organization General Secretary Vijay Sharma were present in this meeting. Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that 26th May is the day for which Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay had imagined. Narendra Modi has undertaken to realize the dream of Antyodaya by Shri Deen Dayal Upadhyay. BJP wants to take all the people together and development of all. The blueprint for it has been framed.
He said that any incident happening in Delhi has its direct impact on the country and the world. The whole world will witness the oath taking ceremony of Modi and his Cabinet. It is the responsibility of Delhi BJP to make this day a memorable day. Hence, it has been decided to celebrate Diwali on the oath taking day. Lakhs of BJP workers of Delhi shall directly contact the people and invite them to celebrate this festival. The historical win of BJP is the victory of all the people.
BJP Office Bearers have decided that on 26th May, the BJP workers shall hoist BJP flag on their houses. All the houses shall be illuminated in the night. There will be display of fireworks in entire Delhi. LEDs shall be installed on the prominent places so that the people may directly witness the oath taking ceremony. There will be dance on beat of drums and markets shall be decorated. Programs of devotional song shall also be held. People shall sing Vandey Matram by forming human chain. Sweets will be distributed in the Jhuggi Clusters to poor people, children etc. Poor children shall be given books and copies free of cost. Padyatras shall be taken out with beat of drums.
Painting competition, dance competition etc. shall be organized in all the Mandals and awards shall be presented to the winners. Booth workers of Mandals shall assemble at one place to organize cultural programs. The senior workers of BJP shall be honored. The oath taking ceremony will be directly shown on LED in Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh, Paharganj, South Extension, Pitampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh, Shahdara, Mayur Vihar, Sarojani Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Narela, Nangloi, Burari, Bhajanpura, Yamuna Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Preet Vihar, Uttam Nagar, Palam, Najafgarh, Mehrauli, Sangam Vihar, Sarita Vihar, Badarpur Market etc. Chhabils will also be setup to distribute sweet cold water in the Mandals.
