New Delhi : The ingenious Tribal People of Tripura state held a protest on the grounds of national capital for two days that is, yesterday and today (16th and 17th December).
Their demand was a separate state for the scheduled area residents who covers 7,132.56 square kilometers and the name they decided for this separate state is Tripraland.
Speaking to Ten News, Head, IPFT Anant Dev said that,
“Our party IPFT is a recognised State Party by the Election Commission of India and at present we are alliance partner of the BJP-IPFT coalition Government in Tripura State.”
“Our Party IPFT and its allied organisations are organising peaceful democratic movement continuously for last 10 years from 2009 onwards not only in Tripura State but also in national capital Delhi on the sole demand of the creation of a new state as I said earlier.” he added.
Tripura is a state located on the North Eastern region in the Indian territory in almost isolated Trans-Geo-political International boundaries and having glorious history of more than 5000 years.
