No bus if hiked fee not paid, says DPS, parents protest

The ongoing tussle over fee hike between Delhi Public School, Ghaziabad on Meerut Road and the association of parents whose children attend the school, found another flashpoint on Monday.

About 700 parents held a sit-in protest early morning, in response to a circular issued by DPSG saying that if the hiked transportation fees are not deposited at the earliest, the school will suspend its bus service for defaulters. Ghaziabad’s circle officer and ADM had to intervene to arrive at a consensus.
