Campus Placement Week @ IEC Greater Noida – Dominos, Micro Web, Powertrack, Raas Capital and Miracle Technologies shown interest

IEC Group of Institutions takes the pride to announce its successful placement week from 18th Nov – 22nd Nov 2013.

Companies participated in the event to absorb and guide the aspirants were Dominos, Micro Web, Powertrack, Raas Capital and Miracle Technologies.

The representatives from the participated companies worked tirelessly in their recruitment efforts, detailing their vacancies and describing the requirements, benefits and future opportunities related to their specific job availability.
It served as a medium to get information on requirements for various jobs, possibilities for enrollment in trainings and to get connected with employers. Companies conducted written test, Group discussion followed by personal interview sessions for aspiring students.
Dominos: Big brand Dominos came for hotel Management students who absorbed 5 students for the position of Associate Manager after the Preliminary round & final round of Interview. The delegates who visited the campus were Mr. Prashant Pandey, Manager – H.R,
Ms. Madhavi Nair, DGM- Training and Mr. Shekhar, Zonal Manager- OperationsThe package offered to students is 2.5 Lakhs
Micro Web: A Noida based Software Company, was open for CS, IT , EC, MCA students. After the written test, Group discussion followed by personal interview sessions they finally selected 22 students. The Hr Head & Head Training visited the campus.
The salary offered to the engineers was 3.2 Lakhs per annum.

Powertrack: Mr. Kuljeet Singh, veteran with over 20 years of experience who worked with Google, Microsoft, IBM, Infosys and other IT Giants gave IEC students placement training on Mobility, Big Data, Cloud Computing etc. The placement training was been attracted by students of CS, IT, MCA.
After the interaction session with students company invited the identified students for a interview at the company premises.

Raas Capital: A Delhi based banking company who focused on MBA recruitment, selected 20 management students after the written test, Group discussion & Final round of interview. The offered salary is 3 Lakhs per annum.

Mr. R L Gupta, president IEC & Dr. Kulneet Suri, Head International Operations addressed the guests from the corporate.

The enthusiastic volunteers from IEC had an engaging week and were involved right from helping the students filling the forms to giving tips on interviews. It was an experience that was diverse to the expectation, at the level of definite enlightenment.

Subsequent to the final round of interview some of the companies gave tips & advices on how to prepare a suitable resume and how to face and crack the interview.
