CAN COURTS COMPENSATE A VOTER

Ever since the 90’s when Delhi got the the character of a State with out becoming one both the Congress and the BJP have sought votes from the Delhi voter assuring him that if elected to form a Government at the Centre they shall give Delhi full State hood. Once elected neither national Party has fulfilled  this particular poll promise…Should not the Delhii voter feel cheated and should he not seek compensation?
