Cashless economy made PoS venerable to malware : #Cyber Law Expert Advpcate Prashant Mali @ARUNJAITLEY

Renowned International Cyber security & Cyber Law Expert advocate Prashant Mali told the Ten News in an exclusive Interview that with the advent of cashless economy in India the Point of Sale (POS) have exploded everywhere, there has issues of malware which would speed data from this POS vulnerabilities (POS is a small machine often not upgraded and updated to latest vulnerabilities) so we have been always issues of malware , attacking  and looting people’s money. Government should come up with the amendments which mandate compulsory issues and the up-gradation of these machines and come up with these vulnerability issues. It will help the customers who are using cards of getting money or transacting money to the trader and both the trader and customer would be trustworthy using passwords until it is protected by some regulation.
