CBSE topper’s gangrape pre-planned with a doctor available: Police
The police have arrested Nishu Phogat, the main accused who pre-planned 19-year-old CBSE topper’s gangrape in Haryana’s Rewari. Nishu had called a doctor to the crime scene, who was aware of the girl’s unconsciousness. While two other accused Manish and Pankaj are yet to be arrested, the doctor and a villager on whose property the gangrape took place were arrested.
