Chandigarh: More Metro Links to Connect #Haryana with #Delhi

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki today said that for ensuring better transportation and mobility in the national capital region (NCR), Metro lines covering about 28 kilometer are under construction in the state.
“The Metro link between Delhi and YMCA chowk, Faridabad is likely to become operational by June 2015 while Bahadurgarh is likely to be connected with Delhi by April 2016. The work for extension of Metro link from YMCA Chowk to Ballabgarh has been alloted,” Solanki informed the State Assembly on the opening day of the Budget Session in Chandigarh.
