COMMEMORATION CEREMONY CONDUCTED AT DPS SIDDHARTH VIHAR

Ghaziabad. A special commemoration ceremony on account of Martyr’s Day was organized at DPS Siddharth Vihar campus on Wednesday. Students from nursery to class VIIIth attended the ceremony, and a special skit highlighting Bhagat Singh, Rajguru & Sukdev was also performed by the students. Teachers delivered eloquent speeches to mark the sacrifice & struggle of the freedom fighters for independence. The ceremony started with Vice Principal, Ms. Meeta Arora’s speech, addressing the significance of the day and recalling the patriotism in their life. Few students also performed various patriotic songs, while some also recited story of the patriots. The splendid skit performance on life of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev made an impact on everyone’s heart Speaking on it, Ms. Arora, said “This ceremony was aimed  to inspire the students, &  remember the sacrifice of our martyrs, the real heroes of our nation”. The ceremony concluded with national anthem.
