Congress reaches out to JDS for alliance in Karnataka, Single largest party BJP falling little short of majority!

Sonia Gandhi reaches out to Deve Gowda through Ghulam Nabi Azad. Congress offers CMship to JDS. With this move Congress is attempting what BJP did in Goa. However as per constitutional norms single largest party must get first invitation to form Government. As per current trends, Congress – JDS combined may get more seats than BJP alone.
