Court summons 12 named in Yadav Singh chargesheet
Yadav Singh and his former deputy Ramendra Singh have been arrested and are currently in judicial custody. The CBI court has now asked the 12, including Yadav Singh’s wife Kusumlata to, be present on the next date of hearing on April 29.
“Special CBI judge (anti-corruption) G Sree Devi has issued summons against 12 people, including Kusumlata; Noida Authority junior engineers Devi Ram Arya, Rajeev Kumar, R D Sharma, Om Pal Singh; and assistant project engineer J P Singh,” said public prosecutor B P Singh.
“Vinod Kumar Goyal, managing partner of Tirupati Construction Company; Pradeep Garg, MD of NKG Infrastructure Limited and Pankaj Jain, MD of JSP Construction Pvt Ltd have also been summoned,” added Singh.
Construction firms Tirupati Construction Company, NKG Infrastructure Limited and JSP Construction Pvt Ltd have been asked to be present in court too.
