Creation of the State of Delhi , is a fraud : Shantonu Sen @arvindkejriwal @narendramodi @incindia

Now its crystal clear that Delhi, despite the paraphernalia of a Chief Minister and a Council of Ministers, that is, a Cabinet, has not been a State as defined in the Constitution of India. Creation of the State of Delhi with a legislative assembly of 70 M L A’s,a Speaker with a secretariat of its own, all complete copies of the other States in India is a make believe and a fraud perpetrated on a population of million strong. Their Chief Ministers and their M L A”s are powerless to render their duties and responsibilities  unlike their counterparts in other States of India who are duly empowered to do so by the Constitution of India..Not only a fraud has been perpetrated on the voters of Delhi but also on the Constitution of India.. Is it a fraud on our Constitution is a question the Supreme Court of India has a duty to answer.
