#CREDAI RNE welcomes the new VC of Ghaziabad Development Authority
Ghaziabad: CREDAI Raj Nagar Extension (RNE) on Tuesday welcomed Ms.Kanchan Verma, the new Vice Chairman of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) at a joint meeting with RNE developers and the authority. The meeting was held at the premises of G.D.A. and the array of attendees from CREDAI RNE included Chairman-Mr. K.K. Goel ,President-Mr. Manu Garg,General Secretary-Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Vice President-Mr.Pramod Gupta, Vice President-Mr.Vijay Jindal,Vice President-Mr. Vishwanath Aggarwal, and Treasurer – Mr.Nitin Gupta. All the members welcomed her with warm regards, and the memorandum based on the civic issues of Raj Nagar Extension was submitted to madam Vice Chairman. It was an attempt to establish accountability of things and responsibilities.
Completion of infrastructure projects of RNE remained the topic of discussion during the meeting. “Ghaziabad Development Authority is undoubtedly significant for us as our organization is its integral part. Thus, we make sure that we attend all the meetings organised by the authority from time to time. These meetings not only creates a common forum for us but also constitutes a nexus between the developers and the authority”said Mr. Gaurav Gupta,General Secretary of CREDAI RNE at the meeting. Solutions of other civic issues like sewerage treatment, provision of drinking water and completion of roads were also discussed with the officials. The queries related to the same were explored and assisted by each member. The officials discussed over the framework for inculcating the latest government orders and rationalization of External Development Charges (EDC). The revised norms related to the government orders were also discussed at the meeting. The authority also welcomed the gesture from developer’s body and aspired to work together for public welfare.
