#Crossing Republik – girl committed #suicide – unhappy about her impending marriage

A 22-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in a housing society in Crossing Republik on Friday morning. Police said initial investigations revealed the deceased took the drastic step as she was unhappy about her impending marriage arranged by her parents.

The deceased, Priyanka, had come to Ghaziabad to live with her cousin Rajesh Nagar and his wife a week ago from Bulandshahr, police said.
