Cyber Police should have  technology knowing people : #Cyber Expert Advocate Prashant Mali @RAJNATHSINGH

Renowned International Cyber security & Cyber Law Expert Advocate Prashant Mali told the Ten News in an exclusive Interview that the idea about Cyber police is to form a well disciplined or technology police. A specialized cadre whose officers should recruit science graduates or from police agencies but qualified technology graduates. It should be a Central Govt managed and state controlled police force present in all the states. The criminal records should be easily accessible to them. The police should trace all the cyber criminals easily with the help of application mainly for cyber police.

The Cyber Law professional further said that cyber crime police or technology police would have different means, first could be specifically technology related crime handlers ( hacking, data theft) and second could be cyber financial crime handlers(cyber frauds, online banking frauds) and third could be cyber terrorism crime handlers (online terrorism activities and physical punishments they should pass on to ATS police cadres in different states)and fourth could be cyber researchers (across cyber space) who would do research.
