“DDA gift for 2016, Scheme offered 40K flats”

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launch a housing scheme in December, 2016 end. Good news in this scheme, forty thousand flats are offered in which 24,660 would be one bedroom flats and the rest would be a mix of two and three bedroom flats nearly 16,000. This would be the biggest scheme ever.

“We are providing the best scheme for 2016; flats are expected to be located in Rohini, Dwarka Narela including Vasant Kunj, Sheikh Sarai, Defence Colony, Kalkaji, Nasirpur, Sarita Vihar, Kohat Enclave, Burari and Dakshinpuri. We are planning 16,800 more flats to be extended in our scheme. The coming plan is better than of 2014, we will provide two and three bedroom flats in 2016 scheme”, elucidate DDA’s Vice Chairman Balvinder Kumar.

However 2014 scheme offered 25,040 flats mostly of one bedroom. But 2016 is idealized to be better as comparable to previous plan. Penchant people can take benefit of this coming scheme.
