DDA Housing Scam – 2014: Can anyone believe “4 applicants (ST category) in continuity get allotment of a flat in DDA’s Housing Scheme – 2014”?

As per DDA’s Housing Scheme – 2014, Draw list (Page No. 1495), application no. 1145320 (Mr. Het Ram s/o Geeta Ram), 1145321, 1145322 & 1145323 are allotted a flat by DDA’s computer/ software.

Most shockingly, three (3) applicants i.e. Anil Kumar (application no. 1145321), Gurnaib Singh (application no. 1145322) & Mr. Teja Singh (application no. 1145323) are son of a one Mr. Naseeb Chand.

Importantly, these allotment(s) have been made from Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

1. Application no. 1145320 (Mr. Het Ram s/o Geeta Ram) has been allotted LIG Flat no. 5, Pocket – 3, Block – E, Sector G-8, Location Code NA.(Narela).

2. Application no. 1145321 (Mr. Anil Kumar s/o Naseeb Chand) has been allotted LIG Flat No. 290, Pocket D1, Location Code: SA

3. Application no. 1145322 (Mr. Gurnaib Singh s/o Naseeb Chand) has been allotted LIG Flat No. 23, Pocket – 2, Block – B4, Sector – G2, Location Code NA (Narela)

4. Application no. 1145323 (Mr. Teja Singh s/o Naseeb Avinash Chandra) has been allotted LIG Flat No. 23, Pocket – 3, Block – F9, Sector – G8, Location Code NA (Narela)

Please ask from DDA:
a) Total How many flats were reserved under ST category?
b) How many total valid applications were received by DDA under ST category?
c) Were ST category applicants less than or equal to the numbers of flats reserved in ST category?
d) Has computer/ software picked these 4 applicants (in continuity) correctly/ legitimately?

Can’t one smell something wrong?
